I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern through Seattle University who is passionate and eager to help people. Choosing counseling is an act of courage – the first brave step toward a more meaningful, connected life. Healing doesn’t happen in isolation; it grows in a safe, collaborative space where your story is held with compassion, curiosity, and respect. I strive to make people from all backgrounds feel seen, supported, and welcome.
I work with individuals and couples to navigate important relationships and difficult situations such as grief, transition, trauma, anxiety, and patters that might have you feel stuck or overwhelmed. We often learn ways of surviving on purpose that helped us get through hard times; those strategies made sense then. In therapy, we can reexamine whether those survival skills still serve you or whether new ways of living might open a fuller, more satisfying life. I am also EMDR trained and use that approach when appropriate, to help promote healing in big or small situations that you just can’t seem to get thought otherwise. My aim is to empower you to clarify your values, build practical skills, and take steady steps toward the life you want, even when the path feels hard. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim strength, connection, and possibility
