Hold Me Tight workshops range from $800–$1,200 per couple, but we’re offering this two-day LGBTQ+ workshop for just $400 per couple.

Jennine Estes Powell, LMFT

Jennine Estes, LMFT, is the owner and supervisor of the Spokane Counseling Hub. She is certified in EFT, trained in EMDR, and a proponent of solution-focused therapy, as “I’ve seen these empirically based techniques consistently get results, and I truly believe they are the most effective at creating positive, long-term change.
