Therapy offers an emotionally safe and nurturing space to slow down, make sense of lived experiences, and develop steadier ways of navigating lifeโ€™s transitions, relationships, and uncertainty. With over 20 years of clinical social work experience, I support clients in exploring the patterns, stories, and strengths that shape how they move through the world.

I hope you will join me in a process of making meaning of your lived experiences and how those experiences influence you today. Bring your whole self to treatment, knowing that you are welcome here and we will only as fast as the slowest part of you is ready to go. Meaning emerges through attention, context, storytelling and unseen connections. Where there is meaning, there is a healing heart that is more receptive and flexible.

Outside of my clinical work, I find restoration in nature through hiking, biking, gardening, and collecting reminders of places I loveโ€” stones, shells, feathers and anything else that catches my eye.
